Getting it right
the first time.

The construction of a new pool allows for specific considerations of all elements of design and their relationship to the heating needs of the pool.

The idea of building a pool that costs between $15,000 to -35,000 and only being able to use it 3-6 months of the year, while it is comfortable to be outside in a swim suit 8-10 months of the year, is borderline lunacy. No car dealer would ever be able to sell a car you maintain and pay for 12 months of the year, yet only drive for an average of 4 months. Not.......
The modern pool environment consists of many features: pool sweeps, water features such as fountains and sprays, spill-over spas and other items that require specific flow rates to function properly. Adding a solar system requires in many cases additional pumping requirements to get the water up to the panels and back into the pool without altering any of the other performance features of the pool.
Just a quick site check by any experienced heating contractor can help determine solar feasibility, panel location, and suggestions for pool equipment location so as to minimize flow losses or equipment upgrades as an additional measure.
